Steppingstone Museum is a nonprofit educational facility in Harford County and they are hosting their Medieval Days event on May 14th and 15th. We are running a demo for this event to add to the educational history component and share our talents and information about the Middle Ages with the public. We will have a large area to work with included tenting space, pavilions, and fields. Please join us to share your talents with the public!

Martial Activities: We are set up as an official demo to accommodate authorizations and fighting again this year, we will also be selecting Bright Hills Baronial Champions for Equestrian and Heavy Weapons at this event. Arts & Sciences Activities: Arts and Sciences Demonstrations and Displays are most welcome- the public loves seeing what we do! For more information or to guarantee space for your demonstration with tables and chairs, contact the Event Steward.
Cost: NONE! This is a free event!
Cost Notes: Demo for the public runs Noon-5pm each day, site opens 5pm Friday evening for set up and closes 8pm Sunday night. Demonstrators are free, $5 admission will be charged to the public during the demo hours so please arrive early to be set up before 11am either day.

Site Restrictions: Steppingstone is in the Susquehanna State Park. All Maryland State Parks rules are in effect for camping. Pets are welcome if cleaned up after, discreetly wet during non-event hours, no smoking on site.
Feast Information: Mundane food vendors will be present during the museum’s event and we will host a potluck feast on Saturday evening followed by Bardic around the fire.
Merchanting Information: Vendor fee is $25 per day if you are selling only, no fee if you demonstrate your craft and sell some items you make on the side.
Other Information: You can set up Friday night or Saturday morning and camp both nights with a period encampment. Modern tents only if removed before the demo starts or in the modern area.

Directions: Take your best route to I-95 North of Baltimore or South of Philadelphia
to Havre de Grace, exit 89 onto MD-155 West. Make a right onto N. Earlton Rd., merge onto Webster-Lapidium Rd., then stay left on Quaker Bottom Road to the entrance to SteppingstoneMuseum. If you arrive early and the gate is closed, you may enter on the left side to come in for setup.
