Kingdom Archery Championship

Come One Come All!!!!All archers in the Noble Kingdom of Atlantia are invited to come to the Kingdom Archery Championship. Test your skills against the rest of the Kingdom. You will be shooting for fun and honor, speed and accuracy. ALL levels of archers are encouraged to come spend the day doing what all archers love to do, emptying their quiver. You will need to bring many arrows/bolts for this challenge.
The archery competition will be designed and run by the current Kingdom Champion, THL Gregge the Archer. Target Archery is the only Marshal activity at this event. Archers are strongly encouraged to bring as many arrows as they can, as this will be a shooting-intense competition. There will be at least ten shooting stations including a long distance shoot with six shooting stations with two arrows to be shot at each. There will also be an aerial shoot; if you have Flu-Flu arrows bring them to shoot. We will have Flu-Flu arrows to borrow for this shoot because of the hazard of using regular arrows for shooting up in the air.
Troll Opens at 9 am. The competition starts promptly at 10:30 am. Site closes at 9 pm.
A hearty lunch is included in your site fee. Feast will be prepared by Duchess Melisande de Belvoir; both meat and vegetarian items will be available.

From Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda and Northern Virginia and other points south Via I-270:
Take I-270 North to Father Hurley Blvd. (Rt 27), East toward Damascus. Continue through Damascus but do not follow Rt. 27 North when it gets in town, just continue straight (bear right at the Chevron Station). Once you pass the next light, you are actually on Rt.108 East. Take Rt. 108 2 miles and turn left on Mullinix Mill Rd. Take Mullinix Mil Rd. 1 1/2 miles and turn left into the driveway.
From Frederick Md., West Virginia, & Western PA. Via I-70:
Take I-70 East toward Baltimore. Take Rt. 27 South toward Damascus (also the Mt. Airy exit). Go South on Rt. 27 for 5.6 miles. In Damascus, at the light past the firehouse, turn left at the light onto Rt. 108 East. Go about 2 miles and turn left onto Mullinix Mill Rd. Go another 1 1/2 miles and turn left onto the driveway.
From Baltimore, Odenton, Howard County Via I-70: Take I-70 West toward Frederick. Take Rt. 27 South toward Damascus (also the Mt. Airy exit). Go South on Rt. 27 for 5.6 miles. In Damascus, at the light past the firehouse, turn left onto Rt. 108 East. Go 2 miles and turn left onto Mullinix Mill Rd. Take Mullinix Mill Rd. about 1 1/2 miles and turn left onto the driveway.?OR?Take I-70 West to Exit 73, Woodbine Road, Rt. 94. Go south (left) on Rt. 94 to Rt. 108, Damascus Road. Take a right on Rt. 108. Go 1.6 miles and turn right onto Mullinix Mill Road. Go 1.5 miles and turn left into the driveway.
