DISPLAYS: We will have a display table for scribal and heraldic items. We encourage you to bring brag books, samples, framed items, etc., to show. A limited number of picture stands will be available for your use to show your work to its best advantage.
RESEARCH LIBRARY: We will offer a research library with books on loan from anyone who would be willing to bring books to share. This will be in a clean room where NO FOOD, DRINKS, or BACKPACKS or BAGS will be allowed. Please check your items at the door.
We will have a scanner/copier to make paper copies for a small fee of 10 cents per copy to cover paper and ink costs. Bring a thumb drive if you’d rather scan a copy for your own use at no charge. We also suggest you take photos of information you’d like to keep.
If you bring books to loan PLEASE tie a ribbon through the book/spine with a label that has your name and email address to identify your books. We will have labels and ribbon on the day but check in will go much quicker if you have your books prepared. ALSO please supply the Librarian with a printed list of the books you bring.
