The Ladies of the Order of the Rose invite you all to a day filled with pageantry and more! On September 4, 2010, those Noble Ladies who have worn the Crown shall send forth Their Champions to the field, not for prowess or vainglory, but to pay tribute to the Ideals held dear and encouraged by the Order Website: http://www.goldenrose.atlantia.sca.org/
Martial Activities: Each Lady of the Rose will field a team consisting of seven including one member of the Chivalry, one unbelted fighter, one Companion of the Order of the White Scarf, and one archer. In order to allow the Ladies to select an additional unbelted heavy fighter and a non-white scarf fencer to join their team, tournaments shall be held before the Golden Rose Tournament begins. Youth, 5–17: $5.00 Day Trip
Children, 0- 4: $0.00 Day Trip

From Points South: From I-95, go north on US-401. After passing through Fuquay-Varina, you will come to a traffic light on the edge of town with a Papa’s Pizza on the left. Continue 2.8 miles north to a five-way intersection at a light. Turn Left onto Hilltop Needmore Road. Go 0.4 miles turn Right onto Lake Wheeler Road. Go 2.3 miles and turn Left on Optimist Farm Road. Go 0.9 miles and turn Right onto site.
