The event will focus exclusively on classes and activities related with period Agriculture, Forestry, Land Use Practices, and Livestock Practices and any use of the products of those industries. This will cover everything from crop farming to kitchen gardens, agri-business, forestry management, to animal husbandry and more.

Arts & Sciences:Classes, Displays, Demonstrations, Bardic,
Feast:There will be a special feast Saturday evening for the cost of $8 a person. Offboard are welcome to bring their own food and gather at the feast as well. Anyone with dietary concerns should contact her, sooner rather than later, and she will accommodate those needs as is possible. Dragonfly78(at)gmail.com. The Feast menu will be posted shortly. Those not on board will be able to sit and bring their own food into the feast space.
Merchanting:Merchants are a boon to events and the people attending them. There is no charge for merchants other than the gate fee everyone pays. Contact the Event Steward directly.
Other:Please remember, If you are bringing a child you are not the legal parent or guardian for, you MUST have a properly signed and notarized Medical Authorization for Minors. This is Kingdom Law, there can be no exceptions. If you do not have this form we cannot allow you and the minor onsite.

Site Restrictions:No Firearms are permitted. This is a farm with gravel drive, portalets, and uneven grassy grounds. While efforts are made to accommodate mobility issues as much as possible, this is still an event in a pasture. If you have concerns, please contact the Event Steward.

Directions:
From I-77 - Take exit 82 and turn East at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed less than a mile and turn right onto Messick Rd. Proceed to the end of Messick Rd. and turn left on Center Rd. Approx. 9 miles later Mitchel Chapel United Methodist Church is on the left. Turn right abt 4/10s of a mile past on Elchenburg Lane. From the east: From Interstate 40, take exit to Highway 421 toward Boone and Yadkinville. Continue on 421 until the Yadkinville/Highway 601 Exit 257. Turn Right at light onto 601. In 4/10s mile at light turn Left on W. Lee St. At Light turn left onto West Main St/old Hwy 421. Abt 0.7 mile just before Harmony Grove Friends Meetinghouse turn Right on Booger Swamp Rd, and at the end of Booger Swamp, turn Right on Center Rd and travel 2.2 miles. Turn left on Elchenburg Lane. If you see the Mitchel Chapel United Methodist Church, you have gone too far.
