Once again we shall have a fighting event - Heavy, Rapier, and of course Target Archery. Come enjoy the Autumn weather, visiting with friends, fighting, shooting arrows, the A&S, Bardic, and of course, Feasting!

Cost Notes:  Child infant - age 5 are always our Guests.  Your fee includes BOTH lunch and Feast!

Site:  The Hancock Farm, 14583 Cottage Hill Road, Sedley, VA. 23878.  Site opens 5 p.m.Friday the 25th until Noon on Sunday the 27th.

Site Restrictions:  No pets, Site is discretely wet; remember we are a family oriented event.  This site is very primitive, so come prepared with all you need to be in the woods: chairs, tents, feast gear, water, insect repellant, and any necessary meds.

Feast Information:  There will be a scrumptious feast, by the cooks of the Shire.  Lunch will be by Lady Herridr, who is also the Event Steward, so please address any dietary concerns to her.

Directions:  

From Norfolk and East:  Take 264 West to 58 in Suffolk.  Take the Petersburg exit to 460 West. Go through Windsor and Zuni to Ivor, where you take a left at the stoplight and follow directions at*

From Newport News/Hampton:  Take the JamesRiver Bridge to Smithfield, and 258 South to Windsor.  At the 258/460 junction turn Right onto 460 West, go through Zuni to Ivor, take a Left at the stoplight. and follow directions at*

From Williamsburg:  Take the Scotland Ferry to Surrey, Va. and go South to Wakefield, Va.  Take a left on 460 East to Ivor, where you take a Right at the stoplight and follow directions at *

From Petersburg:  Come to Ivor on 460 East, turn Right at the light, and follow directions at *

*that puts you on Rt. 616.  Go 6 miles, through Berlin, and take the first Left after you pass Nottoway Elementary School on your left, onto Cottage Hill road, which is Rt. 461.  Go two miles and turn down the dirt road on the left There will be signs.  Follow the path all the way to the back field.  We are in the woods to the right.  All others (i.e. from the South) call the Seneschale, Lady Anne for  appropriate directions, at 757-562-3646 NLT 9 p.m., Please.
