TO ARMS! TO ARMS! TO ARMS! Their Excellencies of NottingHill Coill call the populace to prepare for WAR! Their Excellencies want us to gather at Alhhard Manor (Aiken Co.) in preparation for the upcoming battles. Please join your comrades in arms to show our honor and bravery to all present. P.S. “Spies” are welcomed to view our might and practice against our valiant warriors.

Martial Activities: Heavy Fighting (woods, field, and town/bridge battles), Archery, and Rapier.

Cost:

Adult, Member: $5.00 Day-Trip / $7.00 Feast / $3.00 Camping

Adult, Non-Member: $8.00 Day-Trip / $7.00 Feast / $3.00 Camping

Youth (6–17): $4.00 Day-Trip / $7.00 Feast / $2.00 Camping

Cancellation Policy: As per the Financial Policy, no refunds will be issued if an event does not clear expenses. Written notice (email acceptable) must be received by the reservations person one week prior to the first day of the event.

Site Restrictions:

1) Above ground fire pits only; please do not dig holes.

2) Pets on leash at all times and please police pet . . . residue in public areas.

3) At the request of Alhhard Manor, the horses, the paddocks (except parking paddock) and BOTH houses are strictly off limits; please respect their request.

Feast: a “boar” will be provided for the “On Maneuvers Campsite” style feast. Max 100 ppl. Please contact Lord Axum O’Neal (smsoforic@aol.com) with any dietary concerns.

Merchanting: Merchants are welcome; please contact THL Arielle of Beinn Dhubh (gillasd@bellsouth.net) one week prior to event so placement can be reserved.

From Aiken: Take 19 south into New Ellenton. At the only light in town (used car dealer on left), take a right on Smith Ave. At end of Smith, turn left on Old Whiskey Rd. Take first right on Woodland Dr. Just over 1 mile, driveway is on right, (**)between privacy fence and mailbox. Diveway is ~1/2 mile long.

From Augusta: Cross Savannah River on Sand Bar Fairy Rd into and through Beech Island. Go through the 2 lights on east side of Beech Island and under the overpass; follow signs for 278. Go ~14 miles to Woodland Dr (2 roads intersect close together, Woodland is the 2nd one); turn left (at the Public Golf course sign) and go ~1/2 mile. Turn left onto drive. Continue from (**) above.

From Windsor/Williston Area: Take 278 towards Aiken/New Ellenton. Cross 19 at the light. Go ~1 mile on 278 and take first right onto Woodland Dr (across from the Public Golf course sign) and go ~1/2 mile. Turn left onto drive. Continue from (**) above.
