Atlantian Spring Crown Tournament

You are invited to join us on a glorious Spring day in Southern Atlantia. Witness mighty, brave, and noble warriors fight for honor, glory, and for the right to wear the Crown. Come and see the beauty and grace of the consorts who inspire the combatants to these great deeds.

The trumpets are sounding Atlantia... before dusk there will be a new Prince and Princess. On this day, history will be made, do not look back and regret that you were not there.

Martial Activities:  The Martial activity will be the Tournament to choose to heir to the Atlantian throne.

Arts & Sciences Activities:  Tempore Atlantia, Best Field Presence, and other competitions/displays will take place. Check website for information.

Cost Notes:  Feast and Cabin spaces are only able to be reserved with a paid reservation.

Site:  Spring Crown Tournament will be held at the beautiful Woodman of the World Camp in Randleman, NC. 657 Woodmen Camp Trl Randleman, North Carolina 27317. Site opens Friday 5pm, closes Sunday noon.

Site Restrictions:  No alcohol Service animals only No swimming in pool or pond No climbing on high ropes course

Feast Information:  A wonderful, feast filled with period food fit for a King & Queen... or a newly crowned Prince and Princess will be prepared by Lord Brian Symson and his cooking crew. The seats for this grand meal will be held for all who register with their feast payment included, up to the 100 person limit.

Merchanting Information:  Merchants are most welcome! There is no additional fee for merchants but we do ask that all merchants let us know you are coming.

Other Information:  Dancing, Bardic, Kid\'s games, and a mini golf game will all take place at various times throughout the event.

Directions: 

From the north via Greensboro: Take US 220 south to Randolph County. Go to the Randleman exit (not Randleman Road in Greensboro). At the bottom of the ramp, turn left. At the first traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto W. Academy St. Continue onto W. Academy St. Continue onto W. Naomi St. Turn right onto US-200 BUS S/S Main St. Turn left onto Worthville Rd. In 1.5 mile turn Right onto W.O.W. Rd. In 1 mile turn right onto Woodmen Camp Trail.

From the south via Rockingham: Take US 220 north to Asheboro. Go to Vision Drive exit. At the light, go through Fayettville St. onto Old Liberty Road. After a few miles, you will see the Rock Store Cafe on the right. Turn left onto WOW Road. The camp is about 1.5 miles on the left.

From the east via US 64: Go through Ramseur past the Amoco Station. When you see Brady Auto Center on the left, turn right at the light onto Presnell Street and make an immediate right onto Henley Country Road. The first stop sign will be Old Cedar Falls Road. The second stop sign will be Old Liberty Road (Rock Store Cafe will be on the left). Go straight (road name changes to WOW Camp Road). The camp is about 1.5 miles on the left.

From the west of Mocksville, NC via I- 40: Take exit 168 and go east on US 64. Go about 1 hour to Asheboro and turn north on US 220 and follow the directions from the south.

From Charlotte via NC 49: Take NC 49 north to Asheboro and turn north onto US 220.
