Hidden Mountain

In Hidden Mountain, we are celebrating! Join us for an exciting weekend of fighting, feasting and revelry as we celebrate the 18th Silver Chalice! With the change of the season, it is time once again to test the mettle of our fighters and see another novice leave those ranks for the ranks of winners. But there will be fighting for the more experienced fighter, too. Heavy and Light tourneys will challenge your skills throughout the day.

Martial Activities: There will be the traditional novice tourney (open to anyone who hasn’t won a tourney!)and a double elimination tourney for the experienced fighter alike for both heavy and rapier categories. Target Archery and Equestrian competitions will also be offered.

Arts & Sciences Activities: For the less martially inclined, there will be an open category- novice and experienced A&S competition with a theme of Love, both courtly and romantic. An A&S competition for Open, scrolls & love tokens (favors). Novice A&S will be defined as a field of study practiced less than 1 year. After feast, we will have dancing and a Bardic Competition, hosted by Baronial Bard Lady Maddelena Valeta (MKA Amanda Franks). The theme is love. She can be reached at zombiellama93[AT]att.net for additional information
