(2010-06-26 - Site opens at 9 AM & Closes at 10 PM)
Dun Carraig

The Barony of Dun Carraig asks all fighters to help us answer an age old question. Is it better to fight for “Love” or Glory.” All Dukes, Counts, Earls, Baronage, and other nobles are called to field teams of three to help settle the matter.

Martial Activities: The armored tournament will consist of teams of three fighters with no more then one Knight per team. Each fighter on a team is paired with another fighter from the opposing team for a Round. In the first bout Team A will send out the first fighter to be matched by a fighter from Team B. For the second bout Team B will send the fighter out first to be met by a member of Team A’s choosing. The last fighter from each team will fight in the third bout. Rounds consist of 3 bouts, best two of three, double-kills re -fought. A point is awarded to each team for each Round. The Barony of Dun Carraig would like to see each team represented in all their glory and it is for this reason we ask that if you would like to have a personalized team banner with heraldry of your choosing made, that you send in your reservations early with your team name and heraldry. Please have your team information sent in with your reservation by June 1st in order to save on site fees and to have your team banner made. Any digital images of what you would like your team banner to look like can be sent to the reservationist via the email provided. Rapier will be a triple-elimination format.
