History. Come gather as we celebrate
the past and future of the Barony of
Highland Foorde at our NEW SITE in
Knoxville, MD. Welcome our new Baron and
Baroness and share your stories of past
melees while making some new ones. This
will be an event to remember; you don\'t
want to miss it.
If the distance has kept you from
joining in the excitement of one of the
largest melees in northern Atlantia,
this beautiful site is just for you.

from D.C. and Baltimore)

Martial Activities: In honor of the history and future of
the Barony, the fighting scenarios will
be selected by the past and future
baronage. Please see the event website

Arts & Sciences Activities: A variety of classes and A&S
competitions will be held. The
traditional Brewing Smackdown will also

Cost Notes: There are 32 cabin spaces available.
CABIN CAMPING COSTS $30 PER PERSON FOR THE WEEKEND. Cabins have A/C,
heat, and access to communal bathrooms with hot showers. Cabins are
first-come, first-serve but cannot be reserved on ACCEPS. If you wish
to reserve cabin space, please contact the Event Steward at

Harpers Ferry Rd. Knoxville, MD 21758. Site opens Friday 5pm, closes Sunday 11am.
Site Restrictions: This is a primitive site, please plan
accordingly. No pets are allowed. Service animals are
permitted with current paperwork.
This is a dry site. No alcohol may be
consumed outside of the official brewing
competition area or by anyone other than
the official judges of the brewing
competition.
No ground fires or pits may be dug for
fires. Fire bowls or other raised
containers may be used.
Feast Information: A torch light summer repast will be
prepared by Lady Lady Violetta Catalina

Merchanting Information: Space for merchants is available, please
preregister with the merchant
coordinator to ensure that adequate

Directions:
From Baltimore Take I-70 west toward
Frederick. Just past Frederick exit,
take Route 340 West toward Harpers
Ferry, West Virginia. About a mile past
Route 67 turn left at yellow flashing
light and go to top of the hill and turn
right on Sandy Hook Road. Proceed for
about 5 miles and the Main gate will be
on the left.
From Washington D.C. Take I-270 toward
Frederick and merge with I-70 at
Frederick. Exit onto Route 340 West and
follow directions above.
From Hagerstown Exit off I-70 onto Route
65 south toward Sharpsburg. In
Sharpsburg, proceed straight through
intersection with stop sign. Take a
right onto Mills Road and turn left onto
Harpers Ferry Road. The Center is
located on the right approximately two
miles past the town of Dargon.
