A Day in the Middle East

Spend a day in the Medieval Middle East with classes on dancing, henna, and other topics. There will be a wonderful feast, a Children's Corner, A & S and dancing! Attendees are encouraged to bring rugs, pillows or other accessories to add to the Middle Eastern flavor of the event.

Please bring your A & S projects! There will be a place for them to be displayed.

The feast will be cooked by Minowara Kiritsubo. The cost is $7 per person.

Site: South Potomac Church, 4915 Crain Hwy, White Plains, MD 20695. Site Restrictions: This is a DRY site.

Directions:
From points South and Southwest: Take your best route to the Rt 301 Henry Nice Bridge over the Potomac River. Continue North on Rt 301 approx 17 miles through La Plata. Watch for South Potomac Church on your left.

From points North, Northwest and Northeast: Take your best route to the Capital Beltway. Exit the beltway at Exit 7 Waldorf, Rt 5 South. Rt 5 will combine with Rt 301 South. In Waldorf (11.5 miles from Beltway exit) Rt 5 will make a left hand turn. STAY STRAIGHT!! Continue South on Rt 301 through Waldorf for approx 7 more miles. South Potomac Church will be on your Right.
