‘Tis a glorious weekend for revelry. Their Excellencies Jean Claude and Alyna have declared a grand celebration in honor of Tir-y-Don’s birth. So we crusade to New Kent and there will witness the skill and passion of Tir-y-Don through tourney, competition, and display. Here, their Excellencies will choose new Baronial Champions for 2009. Cost Notes: PRE-REG AND SAVE! Take $3 off the adult day-trip fee when you pre-reg, post-marked by Friday March 6, 2009. Children 4 and under are guests of the Barony.

Site Restrictions: Fires in existing pits or in elevated fire bowls only! Firewood is NOT available on site. You must bring your own.
Feast Information: A sumptuous feast for Saturday evening is being prepared by Lady Brianna Morgan of the Valley. Contact her directly with dietary concerns. See the website for more details.
Merchanting Information: All merchants welcome! Please pre-register and contact the Event Steward for further details.
Other Information: The listed camping fee is for TENT CAMPING ONLY for which there is plenty of space. A VERY limited amount of cabin space is available at a higher price. Please contact the reservationist for more details. Reservations for cabins are first come, first serve and must be finalized by March 6, 2009. Pavilion space along the list field is available. Please contact the Event Steward by March 15 to guarantee a space.
