The crusades is rapidly approaching and the warriors in Western Atlantia need to be prepared for the onslaught that rides on the thunderstorms from the East.

Whether it\'s the strength of heavy weapons or finesse of the rapier, combat embodies the skills and traditions of SCA Martial Combat. Fighters will find a variety of exciting scenarios and activities to help them achieve glory on the field of war.

Spectators can look forward to the excitement and watch as our warriors prepare for the rigors that are coming.

Directions: GPS Note!! Most GPS services will navigate you correctly all the way to Woodland Drive but we have found that many will place the driveway entrance approximately 1/4 mile off. Just be wary of this fact when using GPS and keep an eye out for the SCA signs as you draw near.

From Points Northeast:
Find your best route to Interstate 20 westbound. Take Interstate 20 to Exit 18, Aiken, SC (Hwy 19). Take Rte. 19 South through Aiken and into New Ellenton. At the only light in New Ellenton (there\'s a used car dealer on the left), turn right on Smith Ave. At the end of Smith Ave., turn left onto Old Whiskey Rd. Take the first right onto Woodland Dr. Drive just over 1 mile; the driveway is on the right. NOTE: Driveway is ~1/2 mile long!

From Augusta:
Cross the Savannah River on Sand Bar Ferry Rd into and through Beech Island. Go through the two lights on the east side of Beech Island and under the overpass, staying on Rte. 278. Go ~14 miles to Woodland Dr. (2 roads intersect close together, Woodland is the 2nd one.) Turn left (at the Public Golf course sign) and go ~1/2 mile. Turn left onto driveway. NOTE: Driveway is approximately 1/2 mile long!

From Points Southeast:
Find the best route to Rte. 278 westbound toward Aiken/Augusta. Take Rte. 278 until you reach New Ellenton and the juncture with Rte. 19. Cross Rte. 19 at the light and continue on 278. Go ~1 mile farther on Rte. 278 then take the first right onto Woodland Dr. (across from the Public Golf course sign). Drive ~1/2 mile. Turn left onto driveway. NOTE: Driveway is approximately 1/2 mile long!
