A time for us to gather, socialize and enjoy ourselves
without a busy schedule. There is no fee for this
event (though donations are welcomed), but there is
a gate
fee at the entrance of Dreher Island State Park: : $3
for adults, $1.50 for SC seniors, $1 for children 6-15,
free for children 5 and younger A small Court is
planned for around 3:30pm. For more information

are camp sites available for reservation at Dreher
Island state park (don’t wait for the last minute to
book them) but those need to be booked through
the park website:

ADA compliant - the terrain where the picnic shelters
are mostly dirt and pine straw with some tree roots.
Wheelchair accessible restroom is available and the
community building has been renovated to be
enclosed and is now fully air conditioned.

Directions:
The listed address will get you to the entrance of the
park. (Make sure you have cash for the park
admission fee: $3 for adults, $1.50 for SC seniors, $1
for children
6-15, free for children 5 and younger.) To get to the
meeting hall you drive into the park on State Park
Road which will turn into the one way State Park
Loop
on the second, big, island. Proceed onto State Park
Loop Take the first right onto White Oak Lane. You
will
come to a parking lot with a loop on the end and
you
will see the Meeting Facility on the left side of the
loop.
Use this loop to unload, then park in the adjoining
lot.
There is a restroom and playground to the right of
the

Restrictions:
Smoking prohibited in all buildings. No concealable weapons allowed. All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet or in a crate at all times. No pets unattended in vehicles.

A&S:
Planned A&S Activities: Scribal workshop! Several
scribes will be teaching classes throughout the day to
help grow our scribal community! All other A&S
activities are also welcome!
Feast:
Please bring a potluck dish, snacks, or a beverage to
share. Lunch is planned for around Noon.
Other:
There is a playground across the parking lot and a
small beach nearby for swimming (at your own risk-
children must be accompanied) Water shoes
encouraged if you plan to swim.
