Directions:

From I-95, take exit 130A (VA-3 E/Plank Rd/William St/Blue and Gray Pkwy), drive approx. 3 miles.
Exit RIGHT on US-17 BUS S (VA-2 S/Dixon St)
Stay on US-17 BUS S approx. 1 mile until you see the sign for the Fredericksburg Fairground then turn RIGHT on Oldfield St. and follow parking instructions. If you miss the turn, turn RIGHT at the light on Lansdowne, then right on Airport Ave. to Oldfield St.


Restrictions:
This is a dry site - no alcohol please.  Service animals are welcome.  Fires are not permitted at this site. 

Accessibility:
This is a modern fairground site with a combination of paved paths, gravel paths, and grass, with one hill on the gravel path.  Two large, single-story, step-free enclosed buildings provide access to restrooms and limited electricity.

Welcome back to the Holiday Faire!  Northern Atlantia's largest merchant-focused event will be held again this year in the best Barony of Stierbach.  Baron Dunstan and Baroness Cynthia Anne invite you to come and share your wares (or your coin) and your holiday spirit with us on November 22nd.

Martial activities will be held during the morning and early afternoon.  An A&S display will also be a part of this wonderful day.  Lunch "feast" is available by pre-registration. Please check our website for more details as they become available.

For events sponsored by the Barony, Event Refunds shall be provided as follows:  Site or NMR fees will be refunded if a request for cancellation is received before the event registration closes. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing (email is acceptable). Feast refund will be provided if the feast spot was resold to another attendee. Complimentary or waived items will be refunded upon request. For example, individuals who paid for feast and later become servers who are entitled to complementary or waived feast. Other fees may be refunded based upon a decision by the Financial Committee. All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony of Stierbach checking account. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit. This policy may be waived by unanimous vote of the Baronial Financial Committee in cases of event cancellation or other extreme circumstances, provided that such action does not put the Barony in financial jeopardy.

This day is for YOU!!  We welcome applications from businesses and individual "de-stashers" alike.
ALL vendors must be pre-registered!!
Fees: $20 for a roughly 8'x12' space and include the City vendor fee (the event will handle the application at no cost to you), plus the appropriate per-person registration fee listed above. Additional spaces available for $10 each.
Spaces are available inside enclosed buildings and a covered pavilion, allocated on a first-paid, first claimed basis.
Tables and chairs available to rent at additional cost.
Applications will be reviewed to ensure a broad variety of SCA-appropriate vendors are accepted. If you have questions, please contact the event steward.
