Site is DRY. Absolutely NO Alcohol permitted on the Premises No Smoking in the Buildings No Pet Permitted on Site (Service Animals allowed) No Tent camping on site.

Site is a two level multipurpose building with handicap accessible bathrooms on main floor and wheelchair ramp to front door where you will troll in.

Il Torneo dei Gioccatoli! Come celebrate midwinter with the Medicis. We will be celebrating the traditions of Italian Christmas with an SCA flair. This Event is a Toy Drive for Country Santa (http://www.countrysanta.org/). Your event fee is a new unwrapped toy to benefit needy children. Please bring an additional unwrapped toy for each competition you plan to enter whether martial or A&S. Your generosity will help children in upstate South Carolina have a happy holiday season. Please take a moment to checkout Country Santa’s website and see what they need most.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given only if the event makes a profit. Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than 7 days after the event. All refunds shall be paid by check from the Barony’s checking account. No refunds shall be issued until the event books have been closed.
