Directions:
From Interstate 85 in Durham NC, take exit 176 for US 501N - Roxboro Rd. 
Head North on US 501 for 9.2 miles, then take a right turn and head East on to Bahama Rd. (Bahama Rd Vet Hospital is on that corner)
Stay on Bahama Rd for 2.8 miles, passing through the small town of Bahama NC, past the Bahama Fire Department. 
Turn left into site and follow the gravel road to the main area of site. (If you cross over Lake Michie, you've gone too far).

Restrictions:
Dry site - no alcohol allowed.
Day Event Only - no overnight camping.
Parking is limited, please consider car pooling with your friends to cut down on the number of cars.

Accessibility:
The majority of the event will be outdoors in a lawn/field area. The hall is accessible via a ramp.

This day event packs a lot of fun and excitement into the daylight hours. All the marshal activities, Arts & Sciences in the hall, and a tasty day board prepared by the finest chefs in Windmasters' Hill - what more could you ask for?

A Day Board is included in the Site Fee for all attending the event. 

Cancelation/Refund Policy:
Event Reservation Cancellations and Refunds; Event refunds must be provided as follows:
1. Refunds may be requested for the following
1a. Site Reservation
1b. Cabin Reservation
1c. Camping Reservation
1d. Feast Fee - only if requested 48 hours prior to the opening of gate.
2. We do not resell unclaimed reservations. 
3. Cancellations received at least five business days prior to the start of the event will be refunded once the funds have cleared and may be processed at the Exchequer's earliest convenience regardless of the profit or loss of the event. 
4. No refunds will be given if the event does not make a profit (except in the case of point 3 above). No refunds will be given to those who have checked in with gate. 
5. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing or via email, no later than five business days after the close of the event. Exceptions may be made by authorization of the Exchequer in consultation with the Event Steward and the Seneschal.
6. All refunds must be paid by check and shall not be issued until the event Income has been received and deposited. No individual refund may be issued until that reservation has cleared.
7. All refund requests must contain the following information in order to be honored: 1. Legal name(s) for every person the refund applies to 2. The legal name to whom the check is to be made payable 3. Mailing address for refund 4. What the refund is for (feast, site, camping, etc.) 5. Additional contact information (preferred, email or phone) 

General Activities

Martial Activities:
Armored tournament to be a 14th Century Pas D'Armes - be sure to bring full gauntlets if you have them.
The Queens Rapier Champion to be decided via Cut and Thrust Tournament, after which we will hold a standard rapier prize tournament.
Thrown Weapons and Archery are TBD as of 7/20/2025 - but stay tuned.


A&S:
Cultura Atlantia competition to be held on site. Details are TBD as of 7/20/2025.

Feast:
No "Feast" to be provided, but there will be a Day Board prepared by m'Lady Rose Green for all to partake in. Please do bring your feast gear.

Merchants:
Merchant space is limited. Please contact the Event Steward if you are interested in merchanting at this event - nick@soucy.me

Other:
Tentative plan is to identify a hotel in Durham where we can secure a block of rooms and a post-revel space, then organize a bardic at said post revel. More details will be forthcoming.
