Directions:
Take your best route to I- 77. Once you are in South Carolina, take Exit 82C toward York. Turn right at the end of the exit onto Celanese Road. Follow Celanese about 5 miles to India Hook Road (at Harris Teeter and Hickory Tavern). Turn right. India Hook Road will dead end at Sand Island Road. Turn right on Sand Island Road and follow road across the bridge to Camp Canaan.
Restrictions:
Service dogs only are allowed outside. No pets. No animals (even Service dogs) are allowed inside any buildings. No RVs. No smoking within 50 feet of group activities or entrances to buildings. No illegal substances. No swimming in the lake, river or pool. This is a dry site.
Accessibility:
All buildings are ADA compliant. The site is rocky with dirt roads and some long grass. This is a 100-acre island with sandy walking trails. Some of the trails could be a little steep and not easily accessible to those in wheelchairs. However, the majority of the activities for this event do not require any walking trail access.

The Canton of Charlesbury Crossing located within the Barony of Sacred Stone, is pleased to be hosting Spring Crown Tournament to determine the next heirs of the Kingdom. This event will be held at Camp Canaan in Rock Hill. This camp is located on a 100-acre island surround by the Catawba River. The camp has over 130 beds in the cabins, an additional area for tent camping, 24 flushies, 20 showers, a fully stock Lake Canaan on the Island that you can fish (catch and release only) and multiple walking trails. Cost Notes:
The camping cost is applied for both cabin beds and tent camping. Tent camping will have access to flushies and showers. Please inform our camping coordinator if you will be tent camping instead of using a bed in the cabin so that we can adjust our numbers and coordinate the space properly.

All refund requests sent via email to the reservationist or the Event Steward must be received no later than 5 days after the event to be considered. Refund requests made before the event will be honored after the event and gats show that the person(s) was a no show. Request made after the event will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Event Steward and the Exchequer. All refunds shall be paid by check from the group's checking account. Checks will be issued no later than 60 days from the end of the event. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and/or all reservation checks have cleared or returned as Not Sufficient Funds. All refund checks not cleared within 120 days of issuance will be considered a donation to the General Fund. No fees charged by the SCORES system will be refunded.
