Directions:
From Kinston (the Hotel Block), ie Northwest: From 70 East, turn -right- before Lenoir Community College onto Highway 56. Follow 58 South for 21 miles. The Jones County Civic Center is on the right, about 1.7 miles out of Trenton.
From the North: Take Highway 41 South into Trenton. Turn left onto Highway 58 South. Travel about 1.7 miles out of Trenton, the Jones County Civic Center is on the right.
From the Southwest: Take Highway 41 North into Trenton. Turn right onto Highway 58 South, Travel about 1.7 miles out of Trenton, the Jones County Civic Center is on the right.
From the South: Use Highway 17 North. Take exit to Highway 58 North. Travel about 8 miles. The Jones County Civic Center is on the left.
From the East: Use Highway 70 West. Take the exit to Highway 17 South. Turn onto Highway 58 North. Travel about 8 miles. The Jones County Civic Center is on the left. (Google maps wants to route onto County Line Road from Havelock. Beware. I believe that road is a dirt road.)
Restrictions:
No fires, water slides, liquor and fortified wine. Service animals, beer and wine is allowed.
Accessibility:
Everything in the building is a ground level except for steps to the stages. The large stage can be accessed by ramp from outside back door. The outdoor area has an even lawn. This is a government building and is to standard.

Feast is limited to a cap of 200 reservations.
Pre-registration will take place solely through SCORES (SCA.org ). On-site registrations will be available and payable directly via cash or check only.
Cancellations/Refunds:
d. Event Refunds shall be provided as follows: i. Feast refund will be provided if the feast spot was resold to another attendee. ii. Other fees may be refunded based upon a decision by the Atlantian Council of the Exchequer. iii. The Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing (email is acceptable) no later than five (5) business days after the event. iv. All refunds shall be paid by check from the group checking account. v. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. vi. No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit. e. Use of electronic payment systems is addressed under addendums to this financial policy.

Merchants:
Merchants! Merchant area is indoors . However, bring your pop-up canopy for the Festive Pop-Up Contest. Give the site a Holiday Market atmosphere and make your pop-up the most festivest canopy ever! Please contact our Merchant Mistress and Seneschal, Orlaith Bean Uicein to reserve your spot!

A hotel block has been arranged at the Hampton Inn in Kinston, NC for those attending 12th Night in Trenton, NC.
Call the hotel to reserve your rooms by the 9th December to get the block rate. ($220 for 2 nights)
