Come to the pleasant fields of Caer Mear and see all the pretty horses! That\'s right! This year\'s Joust will include our Equestrians!

Along with the horses, there will be fighting (heavy, rapier, and youth), archery, thrown weapons, and arts and sciences. Don\'t forget the merchants!

Arts & Sciences Activities:  
Artisan Row will open Saturday. Please contact the Mistress of Arts & Sciences Dame Magda z Stalburg or Lady Brianna O\'Dinneen to be a part of artisan’s row. There will be a Ruby prize as well as competitions for Best Use of Ruby, Household Item, and a Youth category. We hope to have an Artisan row.

Cost Notes:  
Camping at this event is free! There is $5 cost per horse trailer(Acceps says per horse). At-the-door fees rise $3.00 for adults to $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Youth fees remain the same. Registration closes May 18th, 2018. Please note, there is no feast.

Tom Scott Park 8740 Otterburn Road Amelia, VA 23002.  Site opens Friday 4pm, closes Monday 1pm.

Site Restrictions:  
No pets. Service animals are permitted.   The Event Steward reserves the right to have any service animal removed from site who becomes disruptive to other event guests.   Fire pits and bowls are permitted. Fire pits must be completely turfed at the conclusion of the event, and fire bowl ashes must be thoroughly saturated before the ashes are dumped along the forest line. Ashes should NOT be left in the middle of camp sites.

Merchants must be pre-registered for the event and should contact Lady Kat Ferneley, the Merchant Coordinator, at brockenspectre AT yahoo.com to reserve their merchant space.
Please complete the Ruby Joust Merchant Form on the Ruby site and email it to Lady Kat.

Other Information:  
All Camp Groups must be registered by the Camp Steward with the Land Agent, Lord Hjörr Guðmundsson, in order to receive camp space and be listed on the Camping Registration Form.

From East - Best route to Route 288 . Go West on 360 (towards Amelia). Turn left on Business Route 360 East (Goodies Bridge Rd). There will be an International Truck store on right. (Note - it will be about ½ hour drive to Amelia from 288 ).

From West - Best route to 360 East. Turn right on Business Route 360 East (Goodes Bridge Rd). There will be an International Truck store on left. Continue from **

    ** Turn Right on Otterburn Rd (Rt 614). Go ½ mile to stop sign.Go straight (becomes Route 38 ) for ½ mile. Tom Scott Park will be on the right.
