The Barony of Cear Mear is pleased to host this year’s Kingdom Unevent. We invite you to join the rest of the Kingdom for a day full of meetings, policy and Curia. Garb is not required for this event.

A lunch tavern will be available for purchase.

Site: Henrico High School. 302 Azalea Ave, Richmond, VA 23227

Site Restrictions: No alcohol, No sharp weapons, No open flames, No smoking anywhere on school grounds.

Site Opens at 8:30 am and meetings will begin starting at 9am sharp. Site closes at 7pm. All meeting times are subject to change. Please also note that the cafeteria will be open to everyone throughout the day, but especially during the lunch hour.

Feast Information: No evening feast, but a hearty lunch will be available for purchase for a nominal fee.

Our Barony has secured a block of lodging for our traveling out of town guests. The hotel is a Sleep Inn, located at 950 East Parham Road , Richmond, VA, US, 23228-6511. We have reserved approximately 30 rooms at a substantial discount over the typical hotel rate for your added convenience. The hotel asks that you make the reservation for your room prior to November 28th to receive this special discount.

From the North: Take your best route to I-95 South toward Richmond. Take Exit 82 (US-301 South) and turn left onto Azalea Ave. The School is 1 mile ahead on your left.

From the South: Take your best route to I-95 North toward Richmond. Take Exit 46 (I-295 North) and then Exit 38B (Meadowbridge Rd). Keep straight for about 4 miles and turn Right onto Azalea Ave. The School is 1/2 mile ahead on your right.

From the East: Take your best route to I-64 West toward Richmond. Take Exit 200 (I-295 North) and then Exit 38B (Meadowbridge Rd). Keep straight for about 4 miles and turn Right onto Azalea Ave. The School is 1/2 mile ahead on your right.
