Chase the cold away with a day of Song, Story, Fellowship and Feasting! We will have a few Classes and Roundtables during the day, as well as open bardics and jam sessions for both instrumentalists and vocalists/storytellers. Additionally we will have a few bardics set up to provide feedback on newer material from experienced performers. Our day will culminate with a hearty but simple German Feast so that we may gather together and perform our work as we break bread together.

Cost Notes:  The event has a cap of 100 attendees. Pre-registration is STRONGLY encouraged. Feast will have space for 75 attendees. Pre-registration for feast is required.

Site:  Battery Park Christian Church 4201 Brook Road Richmond, VA 23227. Site opens 11am, closes 9pm.

Site Restrictions:  No open flame, alcohol, or pets.

Feast Information:  Simple German feast served in one remove to 75 feasters, prepared by Baron Wulfgang of Caer Mear and Baron Matheu de Torriden

Directions: 

From North of Richmond: Take I-95 South to the Boulevard Exit (Exit 78). At the bottom of the offramp, make a left onto 161 North. At the next light, make a long right onto Westwood. Once on Westwood, go 1/2 mile to the next light, which is Brook Road. Make a left onto Brook Road. At the second light, you will see the Church across the street to the right.

From East of Richmond: Take I-64 West to I-95 North. The very next exit ramp (less than 1/4 mile after merging onto I-95) is Chamberlain Avenue (Exit 76A). Follow the directions from the South below.

From South of Richmond: Take I-95 North to exit 76A (Chamberlain Avenue). Stay in the center lane on the exit. The road will fork, fork Left onto Brook Road. Follow Brook Road 2.9 miles to Bellvue Road. You will see the Church across the street to your right.

From West of Richmond: Take I-64 East to exit 186 (Laburnum Avenue to Powhite Parkway). Stay to the right and take the Laburnum Ave exit. Follow Laburnum Avenue East. At the fourth stoplight, make a Left onto Brook. The next stoplight is Bellvue. You will see the Church across the street to the right.
