The Baron and Baroness of Caer Mear have traveled to Milan to open winter trade routes and to celebrate Yule. Courtly life in Milan is much different than back home in Germany; more dancing, more games, family rivalries....

Join the Baron and Baroness of Cear Mear in a day of dance, games, and family competitions as three Italian Households vie for Cear Mear’s winter trade contract. Clever wits, gold coin, and quick feet will determine with winning Household for the day!

There will be dedicated Children\'s Activities, a Silent Auction, and Populace Arts Activities.

Cost Notes: This event is being offered for FREE. Donations are welcome, a fundraiser brunch and silent auction will also take place, so please bring some cash!

Site: Bon Air Community Association, Main Ballroom, 8725 Quaker Lane, Richmond, VA 23235. Site opens 11AM, closes 9pm.

Site Restrictions:  No pets; No open flames (shielded candles or battery operated candles are allowed); No glitter or confetti.

Feast Information: The Wurst Pancake Brunch Ever will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reservations may be made through the event webpage.

Dinner will be potluck! Bring your favorite dish to share!

Other Information: Bring table decorations! Make merry and be festive! No open flames; candles must be shielded (or bring battery operated candles).

From the North: Take I-95 South to I- 195 South. Follow directions below for I-195S.

From the East: Take I-64W to I-195 South. to I-195 South. Follow directions below for I-195S.

From the West: Take I-64E to I-195 South. Follow directions below for I- 195S.

From the South: Take I-95N to merge onto VA-150 N/Chippenham Pkwy toward US-60/US-360 W. Take the State Route 686/Jahnke Rd exit toward VA-76 S. Continue on State Rte 686/Jahnke Rd. Drive to Quaker Ln in Bon Air. Turn left onto State Rte 686/Jahnke Rd. Turn right onto Buford Road. Turn left onto Rockaway Road. Stay to the right at the Y to go onto Quaker Lane. Directions from I-195S: Follow I-195S and take the exit toward VA-147/Cary St/Grove Avenue. Continue onto Cameron Street. Turn right onto Cary Street. Cary Street turns into River Road. Continue on River Road. River road eventually becomes Huguenot Road. Continue on Huguenot Road. Turn left onto Buford Road. Turn right on Rockaway Road. Stay to the right at the Y to go onto Quaker Lane.
