Cost Notes: Camping is free. Please email the Event Steward if you plan to bring an RV. There are no water or power hookups. Children only pay feast cost if they want their own plate of food. This is a primitive site, so there is no seating for feast.

Site: McDowell Bridle and Saddle Club, 4120 US 226 South, Marion, NC. http://mcdowellsaddleandbridleclub.webs.com/. Site opens Friday (September 29) at 5:00 pm and closes Sunday (October 1) at 11:00 a.m.

Site Restrictions: The site is dry. Parking only in designated areas. Pets are allowed but must be leashed at all times. No alcohol may be consumed on the property. There is plenty of free tent camping space. RV space is very limited. Please specify your tent size in your reservation. There will be porta-johns but no shower facilities on site, but the truck stop (with showers) is about 1/2 a mile away.

Feast Information: $8 per person, primitive, outdoor
