Tear-Seas Shore
Once again this summer as they have for decades past the fierce warriors of the south will prepare for war with a variety of Celtic-themed competitions to test a warrior\'s bravery, strength and skill. Come join the folk of Tear-Sea\'s Shore in the traditional pastimes including the renowned sheep toss, all designed to challenge both novice and experienced warrior. This year we will pay special tribute to our Celtic brethren from the Continent with some special games and competitions.Arts & Sciences Activities: As the Shore feels warriors must be well-rounded individuals, there will be a variety of A & S competitions, including one for Celtic garb with separate prizes for most authentic and most literary (think Asterix!), most useful accessory for a Celtic warrior\'s kit or camp, best scroll blank with Celtic ornamentation, an open bardic competition on a theme from Celtic warfare (cattle raids and attacks on Caesar\'s legions definitely encouraged) and an open fiber arts competition.
