It\'s time to gather your friends and enjoy the sites and sounds of Ruby Joust V! Come for the weekend and get your fill of heavy fighting, rapier combat, archery, equestrian, arts and sciences, dancing and much more! Test your skills to compete for the Ruby and Amethyst Gem Prizes.

Arts & Sciences Activities:  Ruby; Parent & Child documentation and Object de\'Art challenge; Brewing and Baking competitions sponsored by the Royal Brewer and the Royal Baker. Dame Kat Fernely will host a Fiber Solar on Saturday. Classes will be offered on Sunday. Check out the event website for more details.

Cost Notes:  Costs for entry covers the full event from noon on Friday through noon on Monday. Children 0 to 4 years old are guests of the Barony of Caer Mear. On- site registration will costs an extra $5 per person - so please pre- register! There is no extra charge for camping.

Site:  Tom Scott Park; 16452 5 Forks Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002. Site opens on Friday at noon and closes on Monday at noon.

Site Restrictions:  No pets.

Feast Information:  There will be a picnic dinner on the list field on Saturday evening after Court. Chicken, beef, and pork will be cooked on-site and you can reserve a portion of meat cost of $3 per adult or $2 per child. There will be entertainment during dinner and a dance at the conclusion of the meal. Bring your tables, candles, side dishes, and drinks; let the cooks of Caer Mear take care of your main course! Meat will only be prepared for those who PRE-REGISTER and PRE-PAY for their portions.
