(2016-01-16 - Site opens at 3:00 PM & Closes at 11:00 PM)
Roxbury Mill

The Feast of Fools (also called the Feast of Misrule) is a traditional festival celebrated at Twelfth Night. At the Feast of Fools, the world is turned upside down.  The powerless have power and the powerful become common.  Join us for a night of raucous revelry and feasting. King Bean and Queen Pea (The Lord and Lady of Misrule) will be selected in the traditional manner to preside over the feast. This is a feast only event. There are no marshal activities. There will be audience participation. It will not be required, but may be difficult to avoid. Contests will be held and there will be entertainment through the meal with bardic competition throughout. There will be prizes for the bardic competition!  If you have a period- appropriate (or inappropriate...period) performance or Stupid Human Trick, please bring it to share for the entertainment of your fellow revelers. Troll will open at 5:30 pm. Dinner will seat at 6:00 pm and the Lord and Lady of Misrule will be selected.
