Windmasters' Hill

Working with the Mediaeval and Renaissance Studies Programme, we are offering an all-day display of SCA activities. Volunteers are currently being taken--please contact the Event Steward or Deputy to put forth your name and activity. We plan to have a list field going, A&S displays, etc. This is our first year, but hopefully, this will become an annual event.

FightingWe plan to have heavy, rapier, and rebated steel, if possible.
Arts & Sciences:Whatever anyone wishes to contribute. I am currently taking volunteers for most activities.
Feast:Folks are allowed to bring samples of their Period cooking for distribution if they so choose. No formal feast will happen.
Merchanting:This is a non-merchanting event--Sorry.

Registration Notes:Participation is free, but your registration implies you would like to help with the working of the event. Please also contact the Event Steward and Deputy Event Steward for the sign-up sheet of activities. If you wish to organise a group of people or track of activities, please let us know. Site Restrictions:No Firearms of any kind. Only approved SCA style weapons are permitted. Alcohol policy TBA later. If you plan to bring a pavillion, please also bring a small fire extinguisher.

From I-85 or I-40, go to Swift Ave in Durham. Go north on Swift Avenue and turn right onto Main Street. East Campus is on your left immediately. Use the Campus Drive entrance. From NC-147, take exit 4B onto Swift Avenue and go north on Swift. Turn right onto Main Street. East Campus is on your left immediately. Use the Campus Drive entrance.
