Come join us as we celebrate Hawkwood"s Baronial Birthday and welcome a new Baron and Baroness to the seats of Hawkwood! We will be celebrating at Davidson"s Fort Historic Park in Old Fort, North Carolina!

FightingRound Robin 3 man team fighting for Heavy and Rapier! Also featuring a Rapier blacksword tourney!, Archery will shoot royal rounds! Thrown will also be available throughout the day with a night throw on Friday evening.
Arts & Sciences:Unfinished Masterpieces: Show us what you"re working on! Oops, did I do that? Show us a project that you feel you made a mistake on! Animals in Any Form: Give us animals in any form (scribal, embroidery, baked goods, etc)! Make Us Laugh Submit something naughty or amusing! GOLD GOLD GOLD! We"re in the New World on search for something shiny and GOLDEN! Open Display Bring something you"ve finished to show off! Baroness Theresa"s Largess Competition: Bakers Dozen / largess donation derby, sponsored by Baroness Theresa of Caid!

Merchanting:Merchants must pre-register that they wish to attend to ensure adequate space is available.
Other:Site is entirely outdoors. It is dog friendly, wet, and welcoming to "messy" A&S displays. Bring something fun to work on and let"s have a great day! Site is somewhat primitive and may not be accessible to those with mobility requirements. It is flat ground but is grassy. No Handicapped parking, but the parking is very close to the event area.

Registration Notes: Cancelation and Refund Policy: Event refunds must be provided as follows: A.  Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the start of the event will be refunded once the funds have cleared and may be processed at the Baronial Exchequer’s earliest convenience regardless of the profit or loss of the event. B.  No refunds will be given if the event does not make a profit. C.   No refunds will be given to those who have checked in with gate. D.  The Baronial Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than five business days after the close of the event. Exceptions may be made by authorization of the Exchequer in consultation with the Event Steward and the Seneschal.  The Exchequers email address is: editha.of.peairt ; E.  All refunds must be paid by check and must not be issued until the event receipts have been received and all reservation checks have been deposited. No individual refund may be issued until that reservation check has cleared.

Directions:
Take your easiest route to I-40 heading to Old Fort, North Carolina. Take exit 73 toward Old Fort, NC. Turn north on to Catawba Ave, heading toward the town of Old Fort. Drive for approx .4 miles and turn right on to Railroad St. Follow Railroad St until it connects with Lackey Town Rd, and turn left on to Lackey Town Rd (Approx .2 miles). Follow Lackey Town Rd to Bud Hogan Drive (.5 miles). Turn left onto Bud Hogan Drive. You will see Davidson"s Fort ahead of you.
