Their Excellencies of Caer Mear invite you to join them for an afternoon of fun, food and friendship as we come together to celebrate the Yule season. Their Excellencies will be choosing their favorite table decoration as part of feast. There are two themes to choose from one being “From the Page” Best representation from a picture or medieval illumination. The other is “Holiday Cheer” seasonal fun; remember the Baroness loves Red and Blue. There will also be a Subtlety Competition in any medium. Site: Battery Park Christian Church located at 4201 Brook Road, Richmond, VA 23227. The site will opens at 3:00 pm and closes at 9:30 pm.
Site Restrictions: This is a dry site and our reservation limit is 100 people. There is no charge for the event. Please send your reservation to the Event Steward.

Feast Information: Feast will be a potluck supper. Please bring a dish to feed approximately 6 to 8 for each person eating in your party. We would also ask that you provide a list of ingredients, for those with dietary concerns. Due to the limited amount of space there will be no merchanting.
From East of Richmond: Take I-64 West to I-95 North. The very next exit ramp (less than 1/4 mile after merging onto I-95) is Chamberlain Avenue (Exit 76A). Follow the directions from the South below.
From South of Richmond: Take I-95 North to exit 76A (Chamberlain Avenue). Stay in the center lane on the exit. The road will fork, fork Left onto Brook Road. Follow Brook Road 2.9 miles to Bellvue Road. You will see the Church across the street to your right.
From West of Richmond: Take I-64 East to exit 186 (Laburnum Avenue to Powhite Parkway). Stay to the right and take the Laburnum Ave exit. Follow Laburnum Avenue East. At the fourth stoplight, make a Left onto Brook. The next stoplight is Bellvue. You will see the Church across the street to the right.
