Site:  GPS-able Location:  2239 Center Road, Boonville, NC 27011. Site open Friday 5pm, closes Sunday 1pm.

Site Restrictions: Eichenburg Castle rests in spacious Boonville, North Carolina, and features natural, wide open spaces, an elegant castle, and a still lake, great both for lantern festivals and Viking funerals. With room for the noble art of kyudo, other archeries, and thrown weapons, as well as equestrian activities, the castle is a glorious site to proclaim the might of a proud barony. It is a primitive place, and perhaps a challenge to those who more naturally need the ease of palace life. It is a wet site.

Feast Information: Welcome to the Feast of the Foxes, with foods to sail to the moon on. We will have a street fair for you to purchase items of your choosing (pre-reg only):

Yakiniku Booth - 2 coins
Yakitori - Grilled Chicken Skewers
Sake yakite - Miso Grilled Salmon
Yasaiyaki - Grilled Vegetable skewers (eggplant, shitaki, green onion, tofu)
Udon Booth - 1 coin
Udon simmered in either vegetable broth or meat broth.
Rice is also available at this booth but it does not cost any coins.
A variety of toppings will be available.

Directions:

From the south: Take your best route to I-77 North. Take exit 82 and turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed less than a mile and turn right onto Messick Rd. Go to the end of Messick Rd, and turn left on Center Road. Approximately 8
miles later is a Pure Oil gas station on the left. 1.4 miles past the Pure Oil station, turn right at the first castle on the right on a gravel road (Willow Spring Way).

From Hwy 421: Proceed to intersection with I-77 North. Take exit 82 and turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed less than a mile and turn right onto Messick Rd. Go to the end of Messick Rd, and turn left on Center Road. Approximately 8 miles later is a Pure Oil gas station on the left. 1.4 miles past the Pure Oil station, turn right at the first castle on the right on a gravel road (Willow Spring Way).

From I-81: Proceed to I-77 South to Exit 82, turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed less than a mile and turn right onto Messick Rd. Go to the end of Messick Rd, and turn left on Center Road. Approximately 8 miles later is a Pure Oil gas station on the left. 1.4 miles past the Pure Oil station, turn right at the first castle on the right on a gravel road (Willow Spring Way).

From the east: From Interstate 40, take exit to Highway 421 toward Boone and Yadkinville. This road exits from I-40 on the west side of Winston Salem near the intersection of Business I-40 and Bypass I-40. Continue on 421 until the Yadkinville/Highway 601 exit. At the end of the exit ramp in Yadkinville, turn right toward Booneville. Proceed into Yadkinville, and turn left onto old Highway 421. From old 421 one turn right on Booger Swamp Road, and at the end of Booger Swamp, turn right on Center Road, and stop at the first castle on your left, at the intersection of Willow Spring Way and Center Road. If you see the Pure Oil station, you have gone too far.
