Moose Olympic Games

Highland Foorde

Come one come all to the Moose Olympics! The populace of the Barony of Highland Foorde will be hosting the first ever Moose Olympics and invites all of you to attend. This promises to be a great day of fun. There will be heavy fighting, fencing, combat and target archery. For those of you are not martially minded there will be an A&S competition and display, indoor table top games, riddles, outdoor lawn games and for the first time we will be having a wheel barrow sewing competition. We will also be sinking to new level of degradation by hosting full armor Cambok. Moose Olympic Medallions will be awarded for the gold, silver and bronze winners of the day.

Arts & Sciences Activities: We will be judging for an A&S champion. All entries in all mediums are welcome. Show off your finest works. Documentation is encouraged.

Feast: A wonderful feast will be prepared by our own Lady Elena di Salaparuta. Please contact us with any dietary concerns, requests or allergies. The feast will be limited to 80. Candles are welcome.

Merchants are welcome. Indoor space is limited but there is plenty of outdoor space available. Please contact the Event Steward with any questions.

Family discount for site fees of $16.00 maximum for pre-registered and $22.00 at the door. Pre-registration is due by March 11th.

Site: Wilson Ruritan, 16204 National Pike (Rt. 40, Hagerstown, MD 21740. Site opens at 9 am and closes at 10 pm.

Directions:
Take your best route to MD I-70. Take exit 24, Rt. 63 North towards Huyett. Approx. 1.4 miles at the 2nd light, take a left on Rt. 40 West (Old National Pike). 5/10 of a mile on the right at the top of the hill is the drive into the Wilson Ruritan.
