Torchlight Tourney: Friday evening will be sponsored by Baron Achabar Ibn Ali. More information coming soon. Heavy Fighting Information: Novice: The format of the novice list will either be a double elimination or a round robin depending on the number of entrants. The definition of a novice fighter for this tournament will be as follows: Two years or less from the time of the first authorization in any kingdom weapon and shield, all other weapons forms will be one year or less. If there are enough non shielded fighters present we will run separate tourneys for each specific weapons form with those finalists meeting for an overall winner. Open Tourney’s: The format will be determined on site depending on how many fighters are participating and what their wishes are. I am leaning more towards a bedford points tourney, a bear pit, warlord, or some other active tourney style. Regardless of which one (or ones) we choose I promise there will be plenty of fighting to be had. If time allows I will host a short Q&A session for novice and experienced fighters alike. MIC Request: Fighters I ask you to be prepared to start on time and to be ready throughout the day to meet your opponents in the list. Also, please review our rules regarding blatantly modern equipment at the following website marshal.atlantia.sca.org/Rules/BlatantlyModern.html.
