The sound of sword on shield, the flash of rapier, the sight of two armored figures coming together in honorable combat. Who doesn’t remember their first sight of SCA Combat or the feelings it evoked. Come down to the coast and remember those feelings and share with others the joys of being an Atlantian fighter. Martial Activities: Martial activities shall consist of a three-man Triad Tourney for heavy and light fighters. Bring your own team or pick up on sight. This will be a booty battle, so bring whatever you might like to win as a tourney prize as your entry for the Tourney. All entries will go in together.
Arts & Sciences Activities: Bring your projects that support fighters. Garb, armor, anything that relates to fighting. Here’s your chance to show off something new, and share thoughts with other artisans. There will also be space for non-judged displays, and Documentation is preferred but not Required.

Site: Camp Mitchell Center. 247 4H Road, Swansboro, NC 28584
Site Restrictions: No Smoking in any structures. No swimming in pool or waterways. Campfires allowed only in designated areas. This site is a WET site.
Feast Information: A fighter’s feast. What is a fighter’s feast you ask? It means no frills. It means the food is hot, brown and there’s plenty of it. Since fighters get hungry, we mean to feed you. It may not be pretty but it will be good.
Merchanting Information: Here’s your chance to bring those things our fighters need: armor, rattan, blades, and anything else that might be used. There will be the possibility of an indoor marketplace if needed. Plenty of space outdoors to set up your wares.

Other Information: Calls for the Event Steward should be made before 8 PM and calls for the Reservationist should be made after 5 PM and before 10 PM, and remember the only good reservation is a paid reservation.
